Approximately 2,000 multi-family units, are presently under our management. Over the past 40+ years, United Marketing, Inc. has managed properties financed by HUD, FHMA, and public held financed properties all within affordability guidelines including Tax Exempt Bond Programs, Section 42 Tax Credit projects, HUD 236, 221d(3), 221d(4), Section 8, llb, Section 23 and Rent Supplement along with FMHA, Section 515 with Section 8 piggyback.
The company also manages conventional properties for various owners. The company has operated in excess of 450 properties, primarily multi-family, coupled with 1,000,000 square feet of commercial property.
Careful planning, budgeting and contract negotiation enable the team to participate in the execution of many projects varying in size and scope from 20 units to 158 units, with budgets of $300K to $2M. UMI personnel also manage the tenant relocation process thoughout the rehabilitation project.
